Coronavirus Update – Full Office closure but business as usual

 Following the government’s instructions last night, we have taken the decision to move from our skeleton team operating the office to completely close the office with immediate effect and revert to operating remotely.

It remains business as usual as fortunately we have the facilities to enable all of our members of staff to work remotely with no loss of service.  All of our IT systems are Cloud based and all members of staff have encrypted laptops enabling them to continue to work remotely without any disruption in the service provided, while the office number is diverted to a member of the team.

Should you have any immediate concerns please telephone your financial planner on the mobile numbers previously issued or e-mail and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

However, there is one area we will need your assistance with – POST.

We are hopeful that we will be able to attend the Office each day to pick up and process our post.  However, to avoid any potential delays in actioning your instructions, should you have posted something to us in the last week which we haven’t yet acknowledged I would be grateful if you could telephone or e-mail your financial planner to explain what has been sent. Where possible, if you have documentation that you would normally return by post, if you are able to scan and send this it would be appreciated.
