Your questions answered

Choosing the right financial planner is a big decision. Below are the questions our clients most often ask about working with us.

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, call us on 0121 313 1370 or email info@henwoodcourt.co.uk. We’re here to help.

Getting to know you

We start with an initial phone call or video call to assess whether we can help. If the answer’s yes we’ll schedule an introductory meeting to get to know you and establish if we’re the right fit for one another.

If we’re confident we can add real value we’ll outline our services and associated fees and invite you to become a client of Henwood Court.

Once you’re happy to commit, we’ll take you through our transformative Financialsense® Discovery Programme.

With expertise and care at its core, Financialsense® goes deep into your savings, investments, assets, pensions and estate plan, as well as your life goals and dreams.

We’ll then create your life plan, financial plan and wealth management strategy. The entire process takes between six and 12 weeks.

Call us on 0121 313 1370, email info@henwoodcourt.co.uk or book an initial call. One of our expert financial planners will be in touch.

No, we don’t charge for the initial introductory meeting. It’s our chance to get to know you and see if we’re the right fit.

Just yourselves. If you’re coming to us as a couple, we need to meet you both. The introductory meeting is a get-to-know-you session where we establish whether we’re the right fit and can deliver significant value to your life and financial affairs.

The initial introductory meeting usually takes around 90 minutes. It’s a chance to delve into your hopes, fears, dreams and goals, as well as your financial circumstances, to establish if we’re the right fit.

We talk about you and your world – your likes, dislikes, hopes, fears, dreams, plans, family and goals – as well as taking a look at your financial affairs.

If we’re confident we can add real value to your life we’ll outline our services and approach, and provide an estimate of costs that we’ll confirm in writing before you commit to becoming a client.
