I am a non executive adviser to the senior leadership team, helping shape the companies strategy, mission and delivery of it’s key initiatives.

When not ferrying kids to rugby, hockey, stables etc etc Adrian likes to find peace and quiet running or riding the local trails of rural Worcestershire.

Seeing the growth of individuals, teams and the business overall by means of an engaged and invested culture.

Who inspires you? Why?

My dog Bodhi. Never anything but delightedly happy, always up for fun and a genuinely beautiful soul.

What's at the top of your bucket list?

Top of my bucket list is to re qualify as a scuba diver and dive some of the world’s most iconic sites…
