Laura Smith

Senior Client Service Associate

Professionally

I have over 28 years’ experience in the financial services sector, with the past 18 years spent working within the administration team at Henwood Court. I am highly determined to deliver excellent customer service, support my colleagues, and provide clear guidance and leadership to the wider admin team.

I began my career in banking as a cashier and progressed through roles including certified Mortgage Adviser and Bank Manager, gaining 10 years of experience before moving to Henwood Court in 2008.

Personally

Outside of work, I am married with two children and enjoy reading and travelling, with a strong focus on making meaningful memories with my family. I like to challenge myself each year by working towards personal goals, which has seen me complete Snowdon and other mountain hikes, as well as a 10-mile run from Lichfield Cathedral to Tamworth Castle. I am also actively involved in the company’s charity initiatives.
