Lenea loves meeting and getting to know new people, and her main responsibility at Henwood Court is to be ‘the’ point of contact for clients. Lenea proactively works with clients, reacting in a timely manner to queries, dealing with issues and providing comprehensive support.
Lenea has gained valuable experience in financial services over the past 15 years, through a number of administrative, advisory and management roles.

Personally

When Lenea is not keeping active or doing some experimental cooking, she can often be found planning her next holiday as she loves to travel .
If Lenea was to give advice to her younger self, she would say: ‘enjoy life, enjoy different experiences and travel’.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Always being in the client’s world and ensuring they enjoy an excellent service experience that consistently exceeds their expectations.

What motivates you at work?

Positive feedback. As a team, we all support each other and together this creates a happiness centred business culture that encourages my motivation.

Who inspires you? Why?

My mother. It’s her kind-hearted nature and willingness to go over and above to help absolutely anyone – a ‘rare find’ these days. We need more people like her in the world!

What's at the top of your bucket list?

l’ve been fortunate enough to tick off many things on my bucket list which mainly revolves around travel. Next destination on the list, Vietnam!

Lenea’s Qualifications

  • R01 – Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics: This qualification assesses a knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, including regulation, legislation and the Code of Ethics.
  • R05 – Financial Protection: This qualification assesses a knowledge and understanding of and ability to analyse financial protection planning issues.
