Henwood Court are pleased to announce the appointment of Gaye Morris as Non-Executive Director.

Gaye has been CEO and now Chair of Next Steps Consulting for over 17 years, and prior to that has over 30 years of corporate experience in HR, as a leadership coach with a proven track record leading large teams in PLCs, private and public organisations.

Gaye has worked with Henwood Court for over 15 years both as a client and delivering team and individual coaching through her company Next Steps Consulting. Nick Platt, Managing Director stated:
