New Client Service Associate

As a New Client Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support in onboarding new clients to the firm. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, obtaining authority and gathering information on client plans, data entry on back-office systems and providing an exceptional support service to our new clients. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences will be vital to the success of the business and you will be an outgoing and bubbly character.

Key Responsibilities
路 Offer administrative support to the onboarding Financial Planner, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient and exceptional client service.

路 Process Letters of Authority and gather relevant policy information from third parties.

路 Enter and maintain up-to-date and compliant client records, ensuring all necessary information and documentation is accurately recorded and securely stored.

路 Collaborate with all colleagues to maintain and improve service standards, striving for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

路 Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and requests, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and escalating where necessary.

路 Assist with client onboarding and provider/wrapper opening procedures, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

路 Coordinate client meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and organising necessary resources.

路 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination of client-related activities.

路 Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and product knowledge to effectively support clients and contribute to the achievement of business targets.

路 Construct and issue client newsletters and uploading of articles to the company website as per newsletter rota.

路 Be a champion of 鈥淗enwood Connect鈥, the companies client portal, being a point of contact for all client queries.
