Clever Clogs!

A huge congratulations to Stephen, who has officially passed his JO2 exam — no easy task while juggling work, a new baby, a toddler and a serious lack of sleep.

A big well done as well to Naomi and Kurtis, who have both successfully passed their exams this month. It’s fantastic to see their commitment and hard work pay off. Brilliant achievements all round — congratulations to all three!

 

Fun in the sun

The recent burst of warm weather has lifted everyone’s spirits, with the team making the most of it by enjoying lunch breaks in our beautiful garden or stretching their legs around Newhall Valley. Every step is helping us get closer to our target for Henwood’s Mission 10,000!

 

A day in the life of Jason Ashman

Lights, camera, action! Our latest film star is none other than Chartered Financial Planner and Director, Jason Ashman. It’s fair to say he thoroughly enjoyed his acting debut… keep your eyes peeled for the premiere.

 

Nick’s Mallorca 312 Triumph

Nick completed the epic Mallorca 312 race on Saturday 26th April in Muro, Spain. This was his 7th time taking part in the event and his 4th time completing the full distance — and what a result, achieving his best recorded time yet! An incredible 11 hours and 37 minutes in the saddle.

 

Easter Treats

The Easter Bunny paid a secret visit to The Barn, leaving surprise Easter eggs for the team ahead of the long weekend. Rumour has it most didn’t survive until Easter Sunday.

 

Kurtis turns 30

One of our newer team members, Kurtis, celebrated his 30th birthday last month. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Henwood birthday without a Vonnie cake and a few goodies from the team. It was great to hear Kurtis enjoyed a big family meal to mark the occasion too.

 

Football Champions

Henwood brought home the trophy at the CISI Five-a-Side Football Tournament. Our lads were unstoppable, taking on all opposition to claim the top spot. There was no stopping them as they took on all of the opposition to make their way to the top. They had the best fan club too!! The Henwood Ultras (or hooligans) cheered them all the way. A fantastic night of teamwork and team spirit all round.

Mother of the Bride – Yvonne

This week we celebrated our lovely Vonnie ahead of her daughter Jade’s wedding this weekend. Always looking after clients and colleagues alike, it was our turn to send the Mother of the Bride off in style with a little Henwood gathering and lots of well wishes. Have the best weekend, Yvonne!
