Key Responsibilities |
- Oversight of pod tasks and workflow.
- Collaborate with the lead planner to complete pre-meeting preparations, including gathering and analysing client financial data, reviewing investment portfolios, and conducting research on relevant financial planning topics.
- Attend client meetings alongside the lead planner, actively participating and assisting in running designated elements of the meetings.
- Document meeting notes accurately and thoroughly, capturing key discussions, action items, and client preferences.
- Conduct technical research analysis on various financial planning topics, such as retirement planning, investment strategies, tax planning, and risk management.
- Prepare suitability reports based on the lead planner’s recommendations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the lead planner to develop comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and insurance coverage.
- Assist in monitoring client investment portfolios, analysing performance, and making recommendations for portfolio adjustments or rebalancing.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the delivery of accurate and up-to-date financial advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Experience and Qualifications |
- L4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning minimum, ideally L6 Chartered (or working towards completion)
