Client Service Associate

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support across the company’s pod structure. Your responsibilities will include processing new business (including initial entry of trading), ensuring client information is up to date and compliant, maintaining service standards across the company, and contributing to the achievement of pod targets. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences will be vital to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities
· Offer administrative support to all pod’s within the company, working closely with all pod members to ensure smooth operations and efficient and exceptional client service.

· Process new business applications, documentation and first stage of trading, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

· Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records, ensuring all necessary information and documentation is accurately recorded and securely stored.

· Collaborate with all staff members to maintain and improve service standards, striving for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

· Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and requests, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and escalating where necessary.

· Coordinate client meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and organising necessary resources.

· Support staff members in preparing simple reports, presentations, and other client-related documents.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination of client-related activities.

· Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and product knowledge to effectively support clients and contribute to the achievement of business targets.
