As Business Support & Marketing Executive, Georgia plays a key role in driving the company’s operational efficiency and marketing strategy. She oversees the implementation of new technologies, including the rollout of tools such as the Henwood Connect app and the transition to the client portal, ensuring seamless adoption across the business.

Georgia also organises and delivers key company events, including recent highlights such as the celebration of 20 years of Henwood Court and a Masterclass seminar focused on Pensions, Inheritance Tax, and Estate Planning ahead of the April 2027 legislative changes.

Alongside this, she leads the firm’s marketing activity across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website management, with responsibility for performance tracking and analytics. She actively engages colleagues in marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture across the office.

Recently, Georgia has developed a strong interest in AI, completing a course at Saïd Business School. Now based in London, she works remotely while attending industry seminars and sharing insights on emerging technologies and developments with the wider team.”
