As Henwood Court’s customer service specialist, Laura is the primary point of contact for clients and supports Jason in onboarding new clients and effectively supporting existing clients. Organisation is Laura’s area of excellence and her role involves maintaining client records and information, managing diaries and preparing compliance documents.

Laura loves the variety of work and the people at Henwood Court. Laura has worked within financial services for more than 14 years, having previously worked as a regulated mortgage adviser and bank manager.

At home

Away from work, Laura enjoys a busy family and social life. Her idea of a dream holiday would be anywhere with her family and some sunshine. She’d be sure to spend a fair amount of it reading, as she loves books.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love getting to know everyone and seeing the results of our life planning, and clients achieving their goals based on the planning we do.

What motivates you at work?

The positive feedback and seeing results – getting paid helps too!

I am quite shy and take a while to get to know people, however, once you know me and I feel comfortable you will never know.

What’s at the top of your bucket list?

Travelling and spending quality time with my family making lots of memories.
