Lynette’s position as culture and training manager centres around the welfare and development of the members of the team. Lynette also has overall responsibility for workflow within the technical team, monitoring and supporting the planners.
Alongside the professional development of the team, Lynette supports their general wellbeing and upholds the culture and values of Henwood Court, communicating these values to the team and ensuring that they shine through in day-to-day actions.
Personally
At home
Lynette is a married mum of two and the owner of a cavalier King Charles spaniel.
In her spare time, Lynette loves movies, reading and going to the theatre. In fact, you’ll often find her ‘treading the boards’ with a Sutton Coldfield-based amateur dramatic society. If she found herself stranded on a desert island, Lynette simply couldn’t do without a library of books.
