At work
Tom is part of the onboarding team and specialises in crafting financial plans for new clients by guiding them through our Financialsense Discovery Programme. A typical week includes introductory meetings with prospective clients and then discovery, strategy and implementation meetings for clients who engage our services. In addition, Tom is responsible for building close relationships with accountants, corporate financiers and lawyers, helping to identify best in class professional referrals for existing clients of Henwood Court, whilst also identifying new prospective clients for the business.
Tom has worked in the wealth management industry for around 15 years, previously looking after high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in an Investment Manager capacity at 2 larger wealth management firms.
Personally
At home
Tom lives in Lichfield with his wife, Guenda, and their Jack Russell, Rosa. Outside of work and spending time in Italy with Guenda’s family, Tom is an avid sports fan, playing or watching cricket, football, golf, horse racing and rugby.
